Though I posted a really short explanation on my site, I figure it'd be better to explain in more detail.<br /><br />First it was finals...<br />Then it was computer issues...<br />Then it was time issues...<br />Then it was laziness...<br />Last, it was inspiration.<br /><br />Pulled together by lack of internet in my residence.<br /><br />It's very hard to find inspiration in a job that's all the same. I don't know if the slight distortion was bothering you, but it was certainly driving <i>me</i> out of my mind. Anyway...I just opened the files from illustrator in photoshop and saved them as gif's from there. Perhaps the coolest thing on the damn thing is the mouse-over buttons...and possibly the comic itself. I just need to figure out how to make the day buttons show up, since I changed the graphics. But I did manage to get rid of the annoying white outline around them, at least. <br /> <br />I'm hoping that once I get the actual site looking like I want to, I can spend less time messing with that, and more time developing the comic. I'm hoping to expand on it a bit more...possibly adding another character or two...and creating story-lines. That's something i'm going to have to do when I get home, I guess. <br /> <br />Other than that...it all seems to be little tweaking things. That's all. I have a lot more work to do on it, but at least I have a general idea where i'm going with all of this. <br /> <br />I want to add more link buttons, and generally make the page look a little more interesting. While this probably means making a background, I would like to do more than just add colors and buttons. <br /> <br />Right now...I'm kind of going off of the ideas of others due to lack of html knowledge...but they're pretty much all basic things, like...oh, I don't know...putting graphics on a page or linking images. So, nothing copyright protected...thank god. <br /> <br />I'm also trying to make the text on the comics themselves more readable...but Illustrator is a finicky program that seems to hate me sometimes.
